1. In order to prevent crushing and chipping from hurting people, a transparent baffle should be installed at an appropriate position.
2. When the surface of the workpiece needs to be polished with gauze, the tool should be moved to a safe position, and care should be taken not to allow hands and clothing to contact the surface of the workpiece. When grinding the inner hole, do not use your fingers to support the gauze, use a wooden stick instead, and the speed should not be too fast.
3. It is forbidden to place tools, fixtures or workpieces on the body of the lathe and on the spindle gearbox. Focus on your work. Fatigue operation, chat operation, multi-person operation, drinking operation and smoking operation are prohibited.
4. Keep the machine tools, tools, and work place tidy and do a good job of handover. When cleaning the work place after work, the power should be turned off, and various cutting handles should be placed in a safe place.
5. When turning an irregularly shaped workpiece, a balance weight should be installed, and cutting should be performed after trial rotation balance.
6. The clamping of the cutter should be firm. The protruding part of the cutter head should not exceed 1.5 times the height of the cutter body. The shape and size of the gasket under the cutter should be consistent with the shape and size of the cutter body. The gasket should be as small and flat as possible.
7. Except for the lathe equipped with a measuring tool that can be automatically measured during operation, the machine should be stopped and the tool holder moved to a safe position before measuring the workpiece.
8. Band-shaped chips and long spiral chips generated during cutting should be removed in time using hooks, and pulling by hand is strictly prohibited.
9. Wear working clothes, tie up cuffs, and protective glasses before work. Female workers should wear working caps, and keep them in hair caps. Do not wear gloves.
10. Loading and unloading of the chuck on the lathe spindle must be performed after the machine is stopped. Do not use the power of the motor to remove the chuck.
11. It is best to use a protective cover for the chucks, dials and protruding parts of the chicken heart clamp to avoid entanglement of clothes and other parts of the body. If there is no protective cover, care should be taken to maintain a certain distance.
12. When clamping the workpiece with the center, pay attention that the center of the center and the center hole of the spindle should be completely the same. Do not use a damaged or skewed center. Wipe the center and the center hole clean before use.
13. When turning slender workpieces, in order to ensure the safety of operation and processing quality, a tool post or center frame should be used. Processing parts that are beyond the scope of the lathe should be equipped with movable protective covers and safety signs.
