1. Design and draw the parts drawing of its case and cabinet shell, also called three views. Its role is to express its structure in the form of drawings.
2. Draw a developed view, that is, expand a complex structure into a flat piece.
3. There are many ways to cut the material. The following methods are mainly used:
A. The cutting of the shearing machine is to use the shearing machine to cut out the length and width of the expanded view. If there is punching and chamfering, then turn the punch to combine the die punching and chamfering.
B. The blanking of the punching machine is to use a punching machine to punch the flat plate structure after the parts are unfolded on the sheet in one or more steps. The advantage is that it consumes short man-hours, high efficiency, and can reduce processing costs. It is often used in the production of batches of cabinets and cabinets.
C. NC CNC blanking, CNC cutting program must be written first. It is the use of programming software to compile the developed drawing into a program that can be recognized by NC numerical control processing machine tools. Let them follow these procedures step by step on an iron plate to punch out the structural shape of the flat piece.
D. Laser cutting is the use of laser cutting to cut the structural shape of a flat plate on an iron plate.
4. Flanging and tapping. Flanging is also called pumping, which is to draw a slightly larger hole on a smaller base hole, and then tap on the pumping hole. Doing so increases its strength and avoids sliding teeth. Generally used for the processing of thin cabinets and cabinets. When the plate thickness is large, such as plate thickness of 2.0, 2.5, etc., we can tap directly without flanging.
5. Punch processing. In general, there are punching and cutting angles, punching blanks, punching convex hulls, punching tearing, and punching to achieve processing purposes. Its processing requires corresponding molds to complete the operation. Convex hulls are used for punching convex hulls, and tear forming dies are used for punching and tearing.
6. Press riveting, press riveting As far as our factory is concerned, we often use riveting studs, riveting nuts, riveting screws, etc. The riveting method is generally completed by a punch or hydraulic riveting machine. Riveted to the chassis cabinet enclosure.
7. Bending, bending is the folding of 2D flat parts into 3D parts. The processing requires a folding bed and a corresponding bending die to complete the operation. It also has a certain bending sequence. The principle is that it will bend first without interfering with the next blade, and it will produce interference after folding.
8. Welding. Welding is the welding of multiple parts together to achieve the purpose of processing or the welding of the edges of a single part to increase its strength. The processing methods are generally as follows: CO2 gas shielded welding, argon arc welding, spot welding, robot welding, etc. The selection of these welding methods is based on actual requirements and materials. Generally, CO2 gas shielded welding is used for iron plate welding, argon arc welding is used for aluminum plate welding, and robot welding is mainly used when the material is large and the weld seam is long. For cabinet welding, robot welding can be used, which can save many tasks and improve work efficiency and welding quality.
9. Surface treatment. Generally, the surface treatment includes phosphating film, galvanized zinc, chromate, baking paint, oxidation, etc. Phosphating film is generally used for cold-rolled plates and electrolytic plates. Its role is mainly to plate a protective film on the surface of the material to prevent oxidation, and then it can increase the adhesion of the paint. Electroplated multicolor zinc is generally used for cold-rolled plate surface treatment; chromate and oxidation are generally used for aluminum plate and aluminum profile surface treatment. The specific surface treatment method is selected according to customer requirements.
10. Assembly, the so-called assembly is to group multiple parts or components together in a certain way, so that it becomes a complete chassis cabinet shell material. It should be noted that the protection of the materials should not be scratched. Assembly is the last step in the completion of a material. If the material cannot be used due to scratches, it needs to be reworked and redone, which will waste a lot of processing time and increase the cost of the material. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the protection of the materials.
