1. Not standard enough:

① If the mold is not assembled properly, the parts produced with deviations in the design will be irregular;

② The height of the mold does not meet the current thickness requirements and the punching depth is not in place. At this time, the locking block should be adjusted to prevent the mold from being adjusted during processing;

③ The mold position is loose, and the product positioning is shifted;

④ The operation is not standardized, and the position of the product is unreasonable, leading to deviations in the position of punching.

2. Edge crush:

① There is waste material in the mold, and the scraps bounce to the metal parts, extruding marks on the surface;

② The position of the blanking hole is too large, which is easy to cause the phenomenon of skipping. Adjust the position of the punch in time to prevent similar situations;

③ Miscellaneous materials are mixed into the stamping groove. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the work station during production. Pay attention to the hygiene of the cleaning station after work.

3. Scratch:

① Human factors, accidentally scratch the surface during production, need to focus on work;

② The whole process does not do any protection work on the hedge, including the transfer and transportation process;

③ The placement method is unreasonable. Handle it gently during the process of picking up and placing the parts.

4. Missing processing:

① Due to various reasons, some parts will miss the processing, such as improper job handover, employee leaving, etc;

② The marking of semi-finished products is not in place, causing employees to use the wrong product batch.
